Customer Service Representative

Requires a Bachelor's degreee from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Remain current on general market conditions and changes to products

2. Prepare Summaries of Holdings, Limited Power of Attorney, and Change or Broker documents for prospective clients.

3. Submits client communications to Broker/Dealer for approval and maintain a log of such activity

4. Maintains, updates, and organizes client files

5. Ensures diligent follow up on all client activities to insure timely completion

6. Works with Financial Analyst to prepare annual policy performance monitoring reports

7. Compares actual policy performance with illustrated performance and determines necessary actions

8. Generates quarterly reports for securities investors

9. Completes forms, processes orders and oversees brokerage accounts under the direct supervision of the Producer

10. Sends letters and e-mails to clients regarding service issues

11. Reviews all incoming client communications for proper action and responds accordingly then file such documents

12. Communicates with service departments of vendors/insurance carriers

13. Responds to all customer inquiries

14. Insures completion of all post-issue requirement for client holdings

15. Prepares documents/policies for delivery to the client to be reviewed by Case Manager

 

Case Design Analyst


 

Four-year business, accounting, or finance degree required, recent MBA graduate preferred.  This position requires strong analytical skills and superior math skills.  This position works directly for the Producer, provides product and illustration support in the initial design and re-evaluation of Estate Planning/Wealth Transfer cases and Non-Qualified Executive Benefit plans.   Candidates must be willing and able to redirect focus as priorities change.


 

Duties: Generating Illustrations, maintaining a current knowledge of accounting and legal issues, and performing due diligence on carrier and product selection.


 

Skills: Exemplary verbal and written communication, strong financial analysis, ability to conceptualize, abilities to organize and manage multiple projects, and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.


 


 


 

Works directly with Producer's client base on inforce block of business. Provides support to clients with questions they may have regarding their portfolio.  Works directly with insurance carriers on newly submitted and inforce business.  Acts as a liaison between insurance carriers and policyholders.  Duties include preparing annual reviews, delivery of new policies and servicing clients' needs. 


 

Skills include: excellent verbal and written communications, ability to organize and manage multiple tasks.  Must be flexible and able to switch focus easily when priorities change.
